Safety at IQ

The safety instructions are hosted completely online by Secova

Every employee or student that works at the IQ must pass the instructions before effectively starting to work. An IQ account is mandatory for being able to pass the instructions. If the IQ account is freshly created (or was updated to have access to the safety system), you only will be able to login at Secova the next day after 3h am.

Instructions need to be refreshed at least once a year. You will receive a reminder once a course is due.

• I cannot login: If your account is new or recently has been re-activated or upgraded, you need to wait until 3am the next day
• I cannot start certain instructions or only next year: Some instructions have an interval of 2 years and you passed the instructions already last year.
