====== SWAP Cooling scheme ======

  * Measure Rabi flops on intercombination line
  * Ernst suggested using a degenerate trapping potential
  * Quenching needed to speed up the cooling scheme
  * Cooling in one axis affects also other directions!? (compare to Raman cooling in a trap)
